Immigration and Nationality Representation

The Employment Law Group® law firm is a full service immigration and nationality law firm. It is our goal to provide our clients with the best possible legal services in solving their immigration challenges. Our attorneys represent foreign nationals before the Department of Homeland Security nationwide, before the Department of State in 21 countries, and in the United States federal courts.

The Employment Law Group® law firm's attorneys have litigated successfully seminal cases in federal court including Scheerer v. U.S. Atty. Gen., 445 F.3d 1311 (11th Cir. Apr 13, 2006) and Etape v. Chertoff, 497 F.3d 379 (4th Cir. Aug 02, 2007). The Scheerer case removes the prohibition to US resident alien status to the millions of foreign nationals whom the Department of Homeland Security decides to parole, sometimes arbitrarily, rather than admit into the United States each year. The Etape case unbolts the federal court door to hundreds-of-thousands of US resident aliens seeking federal court intervention and review of their long-delayed US citizenship applications. The Etape case also leads to one of the first federal court trials, in the modern era, on the merits of a US resident alien's US citizenship application.

The Employment Law Group® law firm represents individual foreign nationals and a select group of Fortune 500 and other companies as well as non-profits, universities and diverse institutions across the nation and around the world. Our staff includes persons who speak seven languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Turkish.
