Subhashini Bollini, Associate

Since joining the The Employment Law Group^® law firm in 2004, Ms. Bollini has worked on a variety of federal sector and private sector cases involving claims of discrimination and retaliation under federal and/or state civil rights laws. She holds a security clearance and represents employees in security clearance eligibility determinations and other matters involving classified or sensitive information.

Prior to joining The Employment Law Group^® law firm, Ms. Bollini worked in communications for a presidential campaign and served as a legislative assistant for foreign affairs, trade, and defense for a Member of Congress. Ms. Bollini received her bachelor's degree in biology and music from the University of Southern California, which she attended as a Dean's Scholar in the Thematic Option honors program. After performing for several years as a professional violinist in the U.S. and Europe, she studied international conflict resolution at Georgetown University and completed additional graduate coursework at the University of Chicago.

Ms. Bollini earned her J.D. in 2007 at the American University Washington College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
