Originally from Peru, Mr. Baca served as an officer in the Peruvian Navy before immigrating to the United States. He attended Universidad Inca Garcilazo de la Vega, a law school in Lima, Peru. After he arrived in Washington, D.C. Mr. Baca worked at Christ House as a translator for Hispanic patients. While working at Christ House Mr. Baca attended University of the District of Columbia, where he received his bachelor's degree in political science. Mr. Baca is responsible for the monthly client billing and other administrative issues.
