Ms. Payne is pursuing a law degree at American University Washington College of Law and expects to graduate in 2013. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and African American Studies from the
University of Virginia in 2006. Ms. Payne worked as a paralegal at Arent Fox LLP in D.C. after college, and she interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia before joining The Employment Law Group^® law firm.
