Andrea Downing
Associate

Ms. Downing has worked on a variety of employment discrimination, wage nonpayment, and whistleblower retaliation cases filed in several state and federal courts since joining The Employment Law Group® law firm as a legal assistant in 2007. Prior to joining The Employment Law Group® law firm, Ms. Downing worked for the District of Columbia Superior Court in the Probate Division as a courtroom clerk.

Ms. Downing received her J.D. in December 2009 from George Mason University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2005. Ms. Downing was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2010, at which time she became an associate with The Employment Law Group® law firm.
